Eric provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly every step of the way. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism these days. Great experience overall!

Good enough for routine work (oil change, tire rotation or patches) but anything more advanced should be brought elsewhere. Twice I've been charged over $1000 for services that didn't fix my problems.

I had a tire go flat with no warning last night. I drove on it to Cinqo de Mayo to meet my friends. All we thought about was to call AAA, but I really didn't feel up to a long wait in the dark. Short story long I finally decided to check whether there was a car repair place near the restaurant. There was a Firestone 2 minutes away! I called in the morning. They were very polite and said they'd take care of me. They assessed I only needed a new tire and recommended new wiper blades which I did need. So in two hours my car was repaired. The checkout clerks were joking with me. Altogether a stressful flat tire was transformed into a pleasant experience.

I had issues with a faulty tire that would not stay inflated, and after calling and speaking to Ian he assured me that his team could get me in quickly to take care of everything. The service was great and Ian showed me where my tire had encountered some debris, and got me squared away with a new tire and I was out the door quickly. Great experience overall. I highly suggest Ian and his tech Devin to anyone needing service, they did a great job so I could go on with the rest of my day!
